Recognition of Dedication
Võ Hồng Sơn from the local People’s Committee recently received the 30-year Party membership badge, marking three decades of his unwavering service. Throughout his career, he has held various key positions, such as Vice Chairman of the People’s Council in several districts of Cà Mau. As he embarks on his new role at the Administrative Service Center in Hoà Thành, he is known for his steadfast spirit, dedication to the people, and innovative contributions to local governance and socio-economic development.
Alongside Sơn, five other Party members from Hoà Thành were similarly honored with badges recognizing their 30, 40, 50, and 55 years of Party service, reflecting a collective pride among the Party organization and local government.
During the ceremony, Huỳnh Hữu Trí, a member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board and Chair of the Provincial Inspection Committee, personally affixed the Party badges onto the recipients. This moment was marked by a deep sense of pride and recognition of their enduring contributions as Party members.
Future Aspirations and Commitment
Trần Văn Trung, the Secretary of Hoà Thành Party Committee and Chair of the People’s Council, conveyed his hopes for the future, stating, “In this new era, where opportunities and challenges intertwine, the ward’s Party organization must remain united and dedicated to the successful implementation of our provincial congress resolutions. Dương Văn Chiến, who received the 40-year badge, fondly recalled his solemn pledge made upon joining the Party. Even in retirement, he remains committed to engaging his community, promoting Party policies and participating actively in various local initiatives.
Inspiring the Younger Generations
On November 7, 2025, another ceremony was held in Tân Thành Ward, where the atmosphere was thick with emotion as members received their badges. Trần Hồng Ánh was awarded for 45 years of service, Huỳnh Phước Thuyền for 55 years, and Nguyễn Văn Sáng for 60 years. This was Ánh’s third time receiving such an honor, a joyous occasion not only for her but also for her family and the Party organization. Throughout her revolutionary journey, she has held various roles and remained actively involved in political and social activities following her retirement.
Trương Phước Lợi, a local leader, remarked that awarding these badges not only honors the contributions of veteran members but also inspires a sense of responsibility and accountability among the youth to follow the admirable examples set by their predecessors.

A Provincial Celebration of Dedication
During the November event, the entire provincial Party organization recognized 378 members who received badges ranging from 30 to 80 years of service. Notably, 18 senior members received their badges in person at their homes by the Provincial Standing Committee, reflecting the deep respect and honor associated with such a prestigious recognition.
